Lansview Group are delighted to announce the completion and sale of all units at The Printworks, W4 Lane in Q3 2023.

We launched the development initially via a soft launch of the units in an off-market round of viewings in late 2022, with a show flat made available for our appointed agents, Aston Rowe.

After some strong early interest, we managed to secure 4 reservations out of the 5 units in the development, leaving the final unit, being the largest ground floor garden flat still to launch, as we felt that it would show better once completed as it was the furthest behind in terms of its stage of build.

Subsequently, we launched the final unit, above our predicted GDV figure at the outset of the build, and managed to secure a buyer at asking price after an open day.

To ensure that all units were managed efficiently through the sale phase, we partnered with a selected mortgage brokerage for the development and a small selected panel of solicitors to refer to buyers, to avoid duplication and delays, for which we also offered a small financial incentive for buyers to use these selected firms.

This turned out to be a sensible strategy as most sales exchanged contracts before practical completion in around 4 weeks from the sale being agreed.

We are pleased this development turned out successfully, with all units being sold to homeowners to enjoy for years to come.
