We are pleased to announce the launch on site of our exciting new development of 5x luxury apartments, in Ealing W5.

Located in Woodgrange Avenue, this stunning period building has been neglected for many years, and had been looslely arranged as two very large apartments, and being used as a House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO).

Following a period of consultation with our Planning advisors, Just Planning, and our architect partners, Red & White Design, we submitted an application for five apartments, to incorporate some exterior alterations and extensions on the ground floor rear and in the roof space.

Subsequently we were granted planning permission by Ealing Council in 2023, and after some minor material changes, we have commenced the build with West Space Construction in early 2024.

We aim to have units launched to the market in late 2024.
