We are pleased to announce that Lansview, has won Design of the year for our Netherwood Road, W14 project at The Developers Club annual awards.

Speaking after the event, our managing director Billy Rowe commented ‘ We are delighted to win this award for what was a fantastic development, delivered to the highest standards of design and style, and to be voted for by fellow developers is testament to the finished article’.

The development was a singular high-end apartment on the cusp of Holland Park, that was sold it an International Chief Financial Officer for a London home when in town on business, and our product perfectly suited the requirements of this type of client.

Our design principles and belief system at Lansview is to deliver the highest quality homes in terms of design and build quality, with an attention to detail to the final handover delivery, which is where we see some of our competitors fail, with fancy brochures and CGI’s that do not match the final product.

Our aim is to meet and surpass the design, and so this award is pleasing to have recognition of this principle.
