Ways of investing

We have a number of differing ways an investment partner can work with us on our pipeline of projects, and use the leverage of our team and experience to deliver returns.

Joint Venture

We work with partners on a joint venture, equity split basis, where then investment partner becomes a shareholder in the project and receive a profit share, whilst having security against the asset

Loan Agreements

We also work with partners on a loan basis, for a fixed % return over a set timeframe for use on our projects.

Portfolio Build

For investors wanting to grow capital and a property portfolio, we work with partners to acquire, fund, develop, exit and manage a project to hold for the long term on an equity split basis.

Our team will take the time to understand the needs and objectives of each potential investor to assess the fit with our business and projects to curate a customised investment plan.

Initial Consultation

The first stage is for each party to discuss their objectives to see if the financial and cultural fit works mutually. We aim to work only with like-minded individuals that have similar values to our own.

Agree Terms

Once we have reached an understanding, we will issue a draft heads of terms to set out the parameters of the proposed arrangement.

Due Diligence

Our team and professional advisors will then begin to undertake the necessary compliance and due diligence to comply with the various financial and money laundering regulations.

Legal Agreements

Our legal team will then issue the legal agreements in the form of a shareholders agreement or loan agreement, depending on the type of investment being discussed.

Investment Secured

The process will then legally complete, and the investment will be then distributed to the project specific SPV company for use as equity or a loan.

Exit & Capital Returned

Upon completion of the project, funds and profits will be redistributed to the relevant parties from the project SPV Company.
