My property journey began over 20 years ago, where I spent many a summer holiday working on various projects for a family member developments. This led me into the world of Estate Agency, working initially for an independent agency in West London, to managing my first branch at the ripe age of 21, and incidentally was the same year I bought my first two development properties.

Fast forward to 2010, and along with a partner, we launched Aston Rowe, one of the leading Estate Agency brands in West London, with a market leading share, a reputation for excellent service and a team of 35 talented individuals. We successfully sold the lettings and management arm of this business in 2020 to Foxtons PLC, whilst holding onto the company and trading onwards as a Residential Sales and New Homes agency.

We founded Lansview Group in 2017 along with West Space Construction, to acquire, design and develop properties in London and the Home Counties.

To date we have completed 15 projects with a GDV of well in excess of £20m

I have been working in the construction industry for over 19 years, initially starting out as an apprentice plasterer on various large projects across London. Once I had enough experience, I started to take on small refurbishment projects, and this led to contracting on larger more complex projects, working on conversions, commercial fitouts and new build developments. In 2017 we founded West Space Construction to work on high end projects for clients but to also focus on development of our own group projects. Since inception, we have completed 31 projects and delivered 70 units.

Louise is a qualified solicitor, and acts as our counsel on all of the legal, compliance and Health and Safety aspects of the business. Having spent a career spanning over 20 years in the legal arena for a city law firm, acting for multinational corporations, and large insurers on large policy related issues, including regulatory compliance and a number of high profile claims, she offers extensive experience on a range of aspects on behalf of the business.

Martin advises the group on all of our site acquisition and planning related matters, and is a Co-Investor in many of our schemes to date. In 2014 he founded Just Planning, a leading planning advisory specialising in appeals. Previously working as a planning case officer for Walham Forest and many other local councils before founding Just Planning, Martin also worked in an Estate agency before completing his masters degree in Planning at the University of Reading, prior to becoming a Chartered Town Planner.

A regular columnist in the Times, and the Telegraph, he also regularly contributes as Ask the Expert in The Sunday Times, and is the author of a number of best selling books including: How to Get Planning Permission: An Insiders Secret and Planning for HMOS

He studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford.

I have lived in Buckinghamshire all of my life, and as Chief Dogs Body, my role is spreading positivity and shadowing the directors during their daily pursuits, including hiding under the office desks. Often I am leading them on lunchtime walks along the river in Marlow.
